First Degree (Introduction)

The First Degree Reiki course will introduce you to the Reiki Energy flowing through you, empowering you to learn self-healing, energy restoring techniques, which will improve your health on all levels – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

You will learn both the history and philosophy of Reiki, the protols for self-treatment/hands-on treatment of others and the importance of living the Reiki precepts in your day-to-day life. You will receive four Reiki attunements.
